Paweł Gusnar is a versatile artist, recognized soloist, chamber musician and teacher, a tireless promoter of Polish saxophone music. "In the opinion of the reviewers, the ease and ease with which he finds himself in every style, virtuosity and the way of building a musical narrative, the ability to combine technical perfection with attention to sound quality down to the smallest detail are admirable. In his hands, the saxophone becomes an inexhaustible tool for discovering new qualities" (Emilia Dudkiewicz).

Saxophone Varie vol. 3 - is a double album by Paweł Gusnar with Polish, contemporary, chamber saxophone music, continuing the direction set by the artist's two previous original albums bearing the same title (the first of which was honored with Fryderyk 2014). This time the saxophonist proposes a combination of compositions for various configurations of two, three and four instruments (CD 1) with pieces for saxophone ensembles - a quartet and a quartet with a solo alto saxophone (CD 2).

The authors of the presented compositions are: Romuald Twardowski, Anna Ignatowicz-Glińska, Paweł Mykietyn, Paweł Łukaszewski, Aleksander Kościów, Alicja Gronau, Bartosz Kowalski, Krzysztof Herdzin. Seven out of eight recorded songs have their phonographic premiere. Various phenomena coexist and interpenetrate one another, which serve to present the sonic, expressive and technical qualities of the classical quartet's saxophones and to show the versatility and diversity of this instrument in various scoring variants. The performers include a galaxy of the best Polish chamber musicians. The discs were released as a hardcover album with an extensive, nearly 60-page booklet
