When Asia reunited in 1990, they kicked off their tour with a concert in Nottingham, England, which was eventually released as a promo-only CD called Now. Seven years later, Now: Nottingham Live was officially released, and by that time their audience had dwindled to just hardcore devotees -- in other words, anyone with an interest in the band will find something on Now to enjoy, whether it's the intricate arrangements or the winding guitar solos. Even so, they will have to admit that the performance is tentative, with the members attempting to readjust to the natural rhythms of playing together. So while it may be a historic concert for Asia, it doesn't necessarily capture them at their best.
