The tradition of Christmas pastoral has been a special tradition of Naples since ancient times. This incredibly musical city has a special connection with the Christmas season, and this recording presents a collection of Neapolitan Christmas pastorals on four different original Neapolitan organs, corresponding to the eras of the various composers.
