Miriam enjoys playing a variety of instruments, including violin, piano, and guitar. She is an award winning fiddler with a particular interest in
Irish/Celtic and other ethnic styles. She recently released Memory's Refrain and continues recording and performing in both classical and fiddle spheres.
The selections on this album were inspired by my Irish & Scottish roots. I’ve always felt a strong connection to their musical traditions and culture. My instruments are tuned to the keynote A=444 Hz (C=528 Hz). These frequencies are said to bring peace and healing to the listener, and are mathematically aligned with sacred geometry and the Solfeggio Tones.
All instruments recorded by Miriam Wagstaff (violin/fiddle, viola, guitar, piano, percussion, whistling & vocals).
