Review by Stephen Thomas Erlewine
Billboard Top Dance Hits: 1984 is a budget-priced collection containing ten dance hits from 1984. Half of the tracks are the original single versions, while the other half are remixes, including Sheila E.'s "The Glamorous Life," Jellybean's "The Mexican," Ollie & Jerry's "Breakin' ... There's No Stopping Us," Chaka Khan's "I Feel for You," the Earons' "Land of Hunger," and M&M's "Black Stations/White Stations." Casual fans may find these remixes a little irritating, since they'll want the hits they heard on the radio, but these mixes make the disc individual, especially since these are the original remixes from the '80s, not new mixes. These versions, along with hits like George Kranz's "Trommeltanz (Din Daa Daa)" and Shannon's "Give Me Tonight," aren't found on many collections, and that's why this is one of the more worthwhile mid-'80s dance comps on the market.

Has the link been fixed? I also had the same problem and don't want to re-DL the same incorrect link. Please advise.
