CASIOPEA-P4 - NEW TOPICS (2022)

Since their spectacular record debut in 1979, CASIOPEA has continued to run at the top of the fusion scene as one of Japan's leading superbands. The sound, which literally embodies the tagline at the time of his debut, "Thrill, Speed, Super Technique," easily combines friendly melodies and transcendent technical play, thanks to Issey Noro's exceptional compositional ability. He established a completely new musicality that was unthinkable until then, and has released many famous songs such as "ASAYAKE" and "DOMINO LINE". The 1st period from 1977 to 1989, the 2nd period from 1990 to 2006, the 35th anniversary of the band's formation after a 6-year hiatus in 2012, the name was changed to CASIOPEA 3rd and the 3rd period was restarted. And, while going through member changes, they continue to maintain their reputation as a band. In 2022, the 10th year since the start of the 3rd season, the special support drums will be handed over from Mr. Akira Jimbo to Mr. Yoshiyori Imai as "CASIOPEA-P4" to kick off CASIOPEA Chapter 4.
