Heini Altbart was born on 02.23.1972 in Vienna.
At the age of five years Heini Altbart began his training on classical piano. He got his first drum set at age six. Already at age 13 he had his first paid concert performance and played himself into the hearts of the Viennese scene audience. Even then he put a lot of emphasis on swing, jazz, soul, rock, hard rock and traditional blues. During this time he founded the band "The Blues Syndicate". Gradually Heini Altbart advanced with his musicians and performances increased.
Was discovered in 1995 Oscar Klein, one of Europe's biggest jazz legends, talent Heini Altbarts. Success was not long in coming. Oscar Klein promoted his talent and increasingly Heini Altbart turned out to be one of the most explosive, most swinging and bluesiest drummer in Europe.
For almost 25 years, he enthusiastically as a show drummer and provides each band in clubs and festivals in Europe a safe rhythm foundation.
Not only in jazz, blues, soul and rock area, he is active, its numerous, interesting and spectacular attractions ranging from national and international music festivals, theater productions and Club commitment to jazz shows in churches to school and student workshops. During recent years, numerous photographs were taken with most diverse stars of the swing, jazz, blues, bebop, Boogie Woogie, Rock'n Roll, Gospel, Soul and Rock area.
Many international stars swear by the total commitment on his instrument, his good taste and his continuing good mood on stage and in the studio. Heini Altbart is a show drummer and entertainer of our time in the tradition of Buddy Rich, Gene Krupa, Louie Bellson, an acrobat on drums with explosive power, olympia mature drum solos, perseverance and love of music.
