This is Jerry Lynn Williams third album, counting the first two High Mountain albums "Hoedown" and "Canyon" as his first two. Released in 1972 on David Briggs Spindizzy imprint for Columbia Records, this like seemingly all of his albums disappeared in a blaze of no publicity. Which is a shame, because it showcases a great soulful singer and guitar player, as well as a songwriter who would write hits for Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt and Delbert McClinton, among many others, later in life. Jerry passed away in 2005, having made only a handful of records in a 40 year career, but each album is like a black pearl, hard to find and very desirable.
