Paprico - Paprico (2022)

"Paprico" is the first official album by the band of the same name, Paprico.

The whole thing consists of an eclectic mix of funk, electronic music, soul and disco that have seen the creation of songs in a period that lasted 2 years, in Budapest, where Riccardo Trombini (frontman and leader of the group) has managed to draw inspiration from the various influences in Hungarian clubs, in night jazz environments and in local jams with international musicians.

The band was born in 2016 in Padua, with a staff of 5 people (guitar, bass, drums, 2 sax) and after various formations (both Italian and foreign) recorded its demo in 2018 with a much more instrumental concept than this first official work, recorded instead in December 2020 at Kalimba Studio, and produced in the Madd3e studios, in Rome, in the summer of 2020 where we follow a more radio direction but still very original.
