In the wake of mass cancellations, crippling restrictions and disappointed dreams as the entertainment industry struggles to keep it’s head above COVID-infested waters, GOLDHEIST brings to bear the healing force of music with the release of her new album EYES OF LOVE on Saturday 22 January, 2022.
Partially funded by Arts North West (MicroGrant), this album features a rich tapestry of instrumental sounds and influences, supporting and embellishing her poignant, incisive storytelling. At times vulnerable and others, defiant, GOLDHEIST possesses a unique ability to create musical portraits of Australian life, from the inner city streets to the wide open spaces of her New England heartlands - all through the eyes of love.
This fierce yet delicate body of work is a celebration of connection, imperfection, and the unexpected joys of best-laid plans gone awry.
