Bug Tussle - Farm Stand (2016)

Bug Tussle's debut album,'Farm Stand' is a compilation of original songs written and performed by Bug Tussle. 12 tunes to make you get up and dance and feel good. With hard driving banjo and solid rhythms and harmonies, Farm Stand kicks off with 'These Walls' , a ballad written by guitarist David Carey and bassist Ryan Cirbus, followed by the title track 'Farm Stand', an upbeat,fun tune composed by dobro player Bob Kerber. Steve DeRiancho, the bands banjo player and prolific tune master,contributes five original compositions including 'Machine Gun Mike', a fast tempo instrumental and the crowd favorite, 'Hippies in the Henhouse'.
Bug Tussle also welcomes Mallory Evans on background vocals and singing lead on Kerbers ,'A Man Like Me', a tongue in cheek ballad with a message. 'Whiskey Train' features Cristina Cox on fiddle, as does 'You and I', a relaxing love song. Other tracks include DeRiancho's ,'Travelin' Girl',where bluegrass gets a bit 'Pink Floyd-ian' and 'Untangled', another Carey/Cirbus collaboration that displays the bands creative talents collectively.
