Pablo Held - Embracing You (2021)

The album is dedicated to my wife and children. It's a family album. I play piano, synths, Mellotron and Celesta on it. And I whistle. I wrote eight of the tracks. Wayne Shorter, John Taylor & Thelonious Monk wrote the rest.
It was recorded in four different sessions in three studios between summer 2020 and spring 2021, engineers were Oliver Bergner, Eva Pöpplein & Oliver Lutz. I produced the record myself, my friend Jason Seizer co-produced it. Singer / songwriter Chris Weisman wrote extensive liner notes.
