The story of Miss Behaviour goes back to 2004 when keyboard player Henrik Sproge and guitarist Erik Heikne were both studying Music Management at the Baltic Business School, Kalmar, Sweden. With both having a great passion for 80s melodic hard rock and AOR, Sproge and Heikne were desperate to start a band, and the name Miss Behaviour was immediately a vehicle that expressed their vision of how a modern rock band, inspired by the great bands of the eighties, should sound. The first Miss Behaviour songs where written in a student apartment in Kalmar in late 2004, and ended up on the 3 song EP Give Us The World . Not only did this kick-start the band, but produced by producer/technician Daniel Gese, who continues to work with the band to this day, and who had a career as drummer and producer with 80s / 90s metal/sleaze band Pole Position, it brought the band to the attention of European audiences for the first time. The next step was a debut album, entitled Heart Of Midwinter (2006) but the band then really took off with the recruitment of new lead singer Sebastian Roos, a well-known personality and singer in Sweden, with huge touring experience, TV and radio performances and a Eurovision song contest no less, on his CV. The ensuing album, his first, was entitled Last Woman Standing (2011), and the career of Miss Behaviour then started in earnest. In the spring Miss Behaviour competed on Swedish national radio with the song Till We Meet Again , premièring it live with the current line-up in front of 400,000 listeners; and spurred on by the reaction, joined forces with former Backyard Babies manager Michael Sundén for dates in the UK later that year with Crash Diet. The reaction to Last Woman Standing was unbelievable. Leaving bands like Journey, Robin Beck, Work Of Art and many more behind, the band triumphed in the Melodic.net Best AOR Album Of 2011 reader s poll and the reviews were fantastic with top scores in important magazines such as Classic Rock (UK), Sweden Rock Magazine and more. Classic Rock went on to pick Cynthia as one of the best tracks of 2011, and featured the song on the compilation Classic Rock Buzz , but not resting on laurels Miss Behaviour returned to the UK on the Smokehead Rocks Tour , playing another 10 dates and finishing up with a sold out show at London's O2 Islington Academy. Writing for a new album began immediately, but a tragic and horrible accident at Rock City, Nottingham, which tragically claimed the life of Michael Sunden, was to follow. This loss of course took a while to recover from but finally now, the brand new album Double Agent is ready and the band are more eager than ever to write the next chapter in their career. Double Agent was produced again by Daniel Gese and co-produced by Heikne, Sproge and Roos. The album was recorded, mixed and mastered in Studio Lärkbacken and Realtime Recording Studios, Norrköping, Sweden. String sessions are recorded and arranged by Ronnie Roos.
