The album comes from roughly the middle of his career, and is the eighth of his albums. The music is for the most part upbeat and rocking with a great deal of soul, starting out with the fantastic titular track, and following with "Keep On Loving Me", "Groove Me", "You Don't Have To Go" and "Sweet Thing". Think Al Green and James Brown and you won't be a million miles away, but this has a more southern feel to it. The blues elements are there too, of course, with "They Can't See Your Good Side" and "It Ain't Easy".
