Use Foobar with the SACD plugin: https://sourceforge.net/projects/sacddecoder/

Configure The SACD plugin within Foobar: Double Precision, prefer Stereo, 30KHz cutoff, extract as 24 bit 88KHz.

Drop and drag .iso file to Foobar. Convert the tracks to flac. You can use Foobar or Audition or DbPowerAmp to resample to 44KHz or drop the bit depth to 16 bit, which makes the extracted files much smaller. For classical music SACD rips, I usually prefer 24bit with a 44KHz sampling rate (since you cannot hear the extra frequencies contained in higher sampling rates). Make sure you use a high quality resampling algorithm when dropping the sampling rate, or the music will be slightly degraded.

SACD rips have a slight issues with a click at the start and end of most tracks. You can use a wave editor to remove them with a very short fade in/out (this can be automated in Adobe Audition). The clicks are hard to see unless you have the spectrogram enabled and are zoomed right in on the start or finish.
