Clíodhna Ní Aodáin - The Celtic Cello (2019)

Clíodhna studied cello in Ireland with Olwen Lewis and Aisling Drury Byrne. She continued with Emma Ferrand at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, Yuli Turovsky at the Université de Montréal and Susanne Basler at the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. Clíodhna has participated in Masterclasses with Janos Starker, Valentin Berlinsky, and David Darling. Clíodhna has performed cello concertos and chamber works and has given numerous recitals. She also enjoys performing improvised music, creating music in the moment with others. Her newest project is The Celtic Cello, dedicated to bringing you the most beautiful Celtic melodies arranged for Cello.
