1960's Dutch beat & psychedelic band from Amsterdam led by the charismatic Wally Tax. The vicious and often ominously sweet songs of Tax and Ronald Splinter have stood the test of time well. The atmosphere that The Outsiders create in retrospect is more akin to The Velvet Underground than to the British beat of The Stones or The Pretty Things.
