Once upon a time there was a sunny San Francisco Stephen Gaskin, a professor of one of the colleges. Having penetrated the ideas of the hippies, he infected them with his students. A little later, after abandoning everything, he plunged along with 320 like-minded people into fun painted buses and began to drive around the country in search of a suitable place. This was found in Tennessee, near the town of Summertown. They bought out the vending plot and began to live it out: they built a school, a kindergarten, a hospital - in general, everything necessary for life. Themselves cultivated the land. The commune was called The Farm. Among other things, they had their own group, uncomplicatedly called "The Farm Band". The music on their debut album perfectly reflects the spirit of that time, without producer intervention, without instructions. A real psychedel without borders and conventions.
