Tapes For The Lazy delivers a LP that blends a sweet style of funk, house and jazz with hip hop, disco and an inherent serving of northern soul inspirations. From the stringed disco-house of "Keep On Lovin'", filter antics of "Flamingo" and walking basslines of "Girls", find Dimmack's 90s hip hop inspirations in "Adressed To Oblivion" and "Come With Me" alongside some summertime licks of balearic funk in "Go". The album also features vocal contributions from Lucy Tessier on the chilled out, pop and funk love ballad "Different People" next to some new school electronica in "Truth".
