Après 2 beaux albums, Orange Blossom sort Under The Shades Of Violets, qui mêle chants d’Orient, fond électro et passages rock. Le groupe qui avait fait les premières parties de Robert Plant ces derniers temps nous fait voyager avec les chansons mélismatiques interprétés par la chanteuse Hend Ahmed. L’album fut enregistré en Jordanie avec la collaboration de chanteurs traditionnels et en France avec l’Orchestre du Conservatoire de Cholet. Un opus sur la longueur, qui a pris le temps de se construire, et qu’on prend le temps d’écouter avec plaisir.
