A 1999 release from U.K.'s Phantom Records, this does indeed emphasize JB's funkier material -- lots of "The Payback," "I Got Ants in My Pants," "Funky Drummer," "Doing It to Death," usually featuring both parts on those singles which were split in two -- and although its 15 tracks don't necessarily develop a consistent momentum, it is an entertaining if scattershot sampler.
