Humberto Ramirez - 8 Doors (2019)

Puerto Rican trumpeter Humberto Ramirez launches his 30th jazz recording entitled "8 Doors."

The disc contains precisely 8 musical themes, among which "Viva Dalmau" stands out; dedicated to the famous football player Raymond Dalmau, for which Ramirez feels a deep admiration. "Skyler", "Bayamon With Me", "On My Own Terms", "Jump Shot", and "Celebrating" are part of this production.

Humberto Ramirez, winner of Grammy and nominated for Latin Grammy on several occasions, premiere the bolero "I think" included in this album, during his most recent concert with percussionist Giovanni Hidalgo. The piece “8 Doors”, which gives its name to the recording, completes this Latin Jazz musical jewel that is already physically available in record stores and, in digital format, on all platforms.
