Frank Kavelin - Pure Imagination (2019)

After a 40-year career as a composer, arranger, conductor and producer, Frank Kavelin is releasing his first album as an artist. As a multi-instrumentalist, he could have chosen one of several instruments to feature, but tenor sax won out. Not to worry–all of the instruments/virtual instruments on this album are performed by Frank. Additionally, with the exception of the title track, all compositions and arrangements are by Frank.

Whether you are into Jazz, Smooth Jazz, Soul, Gospel, Funk or Pop, you’ll find all of these genres covered in this album. Working as a free-lance composer/arranger in all areas of entertainment has helped Frank to be fluent in many musical genres such as those represented here.
