Carla Thomas was born and raised in Leicester since 1974, where it all began, her interests for the arts started at an early age of 3 years old, Ballet, contemporary Dance, jazz tap, and Drama continued right through to her teenage years. Since then Carla has striven to achieve many goals by releasing her first single back in 1994 with "The things you make me do" co produced by DJ SS & Paul Cover on the Ruff Justice label, this was a success and reached No1 on The M&M charts. Carla has worked along side many artists/producers such as Leicester's own Mark Morrison. Carla is also the former backing singer to Alexander O'Neal and supported Courtney Pine and MC'd alongside Carl Cox and Shy fX to name but a few...
