Born in Nashville, in a family of driver and mother of Jehovah's Witnesses, Meg spent her first five years of her life in Great Smoky Mountains, Tennessee. After divorcing Meg's father, the mother married another Jehovah's Witness, who moved the family to Ohio. Mother and stepfather worked in a cleaning company. The family constantly moved, during which time Meg changed many schools. At the age of 12, Myers began to sing, write keyboard songs and learn to play the guitar. As a teenager, she was invited to play the bass in a band of one of the brothers.

A few days after her 20th birthday, Myers decided to move to Los Angeles to actively take up her musical career. She lived in a one-room apartment with the then boyfriend and worked as a waitress in one of the Hollywood cafes, where she spoke whenever the owner invited her. After breaking up with her boyfriend, Meg meets producer Andrew Robert Roshen, who invited her to her production center. They began recording songs for the first mini-albums, "Daughter in the Choir" and "Make a Shadow." The first full-length album “Sorry” was released in 2015.
