Late 1950s release with Jack Costanza, aka Mr Bongo, playing the Cuban cha cha. US percussionist and dancer Jack Costanza is universally known as 'Mr. Bongo'. He (almost) single-handedly started the bongo craze in the late 1950s when latin rhythms were on the rise, influencing both jazz and pop.
