The first legitimate collection of rare early recordings of another obscure act formed in 1969. The band played electrified blues and hard-rock and had strong taste of psychedelia (enhanced by the sound of Hammond). Vocal harmonies are flawless. The band is extremely decent and self-confident, without screaming and getting hysterical (although they used to call themselves "run and jump band"), but able to venture into tribal war chanting, hands clapping and foot-stomping. At the beginning they were: brothers Peters - Bill on bass and Steve on drums, Ted Bennett on Hammond, George "Charlie" Egy as front man and George Phelps, guitar. Later on Ted Bennett was replaced by Paul "Doug" Mason (aka Golden Throat), plus Joe Adams and Jim Kitchen. This album was recorded and released in 1970 in Louisville.
The band continued through the 70s, and in 1972 released a really heavy masterpiece of psychedelia and hard rock showcasing Jim Kitchen as a singer - Hot Rock & Thunder, recorded also in Louisville.
