Haleigh Martin - Manpower (2019)

“Manpower” is the first complete album project from Haleigh Martin. “Manpower” was chosen as the title track to artistically highlight the heavy emphasis on female empowerment. Haleigh wants everyone to enjoy and relate to the meaning behind each song, but as a woman herself, she spent a good chunk of her young adult life fascinated and inspired by the stories of women around her. This album was created to tell tales of empowerment, strength, heartbreak, growth, maturity and just plain sassiness. All through the eyes of women, to be absorbed and enjoyed by all. While all ten of these songs were written entirely by Haleigh, eight out of then of these songs were completely brought to life by Haleigh in her home studio. The other two songs on the album, "Like a Lady" and "Bones", were masterfully recorded, mixed and co-produced by Justin Patton at Murray State University. Haleigh is so proud of all the hard work and honesty put into each of these tracks, and she hopes you enjoy them.
