Josh Gallagher is a small-town boy, singer, and songwriter from Cresson, Pennsylvania, who moved to Nashville, Tennessee, in 2014.

Known as country music’s newest sensation, Josh has had overwhelming support from fans across the nation because of his singing style and personality – which includes heart and soul for the music – as he was surged into the Final Four on NBC’s “THE VOICE” – SEASON 11.

A fan favorite every week, Gallagher won the hearts of millions and built a fan base across the world with his impressive vocals. While on “The Voice”, Josh had the incredible experience to be coached by Blake Shelton and Adam Levine. Gallagher also had the opportunity to work with Bette Midler, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, and Garth Brooks.

Country music legend, Garth Brooks, is included in those fascinated by the vocals and talent of Gallagher. Brooks advised Gallagher on the set of “The Voice”, “This kid, as soon as he opens his mouth – you believe him,” said Brooks, as he insisted, “If I’m a manager, if I’m a producer, if I’m a record label – that’s the guy I want because he has the career in front of him.” “This whole world is going to be listening to you for a long time. You’ve got it.”

Devoting his time in the studio, Gallagher, age 27, released his newest single titled “Run the Radio” in July 2018. His debut single “How Bout You” was released on February 23, 2018, which made it into the iTunes Top 100 Country chart. In addition, Country Music Television (CMT) named Josh as a rising musician and he became the newest act to join the CMT Artist Discovery program. Gallagher’s music video to “How Bout You” stayed at number 1 for 5 weeks on CMT.

“How Bout You” stayed at the #1 spot for three weeks in a row on a Top 40 New Country Artist Countdown Radio Show in Nashville and “Run the Radio” is moving up the charts. The new tracks are available at iTunes, Spotify, Google Play and Amazon Music.

And, Gallagher continues to go far and gain support from country music fans. In Nashville, he had the opportunity to perform at the Country Music Hall of Fame and is a regular performer at many establishments.

In June 2018, Josh performed during CMA Fest on the CMA Spotlight Stage and the Maui Jim Broadway Stage at Hard Rock Café in Nashville. He also performed at CMA Fest in 2017.

Josh sang the National Anthem, which was nationally televised on NBCSN, for the Chicagoland Speedway NASCAR Race in June 2018. He also performed a pre-race concert on the Champion Parks Stage as well as visited with the military.

In 2017, Josh had the opportunity to sing his single “How Bout You” on a float at the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade as well as the Nashville Christmas Parade. Known for his special way of connecting with the audience at his shows, Gallagher’s performances are high-energy, entertaining, and contagious.

In October 2018, Josh and his band opened for The Charlie Daniels Band. Josh also was a popular opening act for Lee Ann Womack, Randy Houser, Easton Corbin, Thompson Square, Eric Paslay, Love and Theft, and Little Texas, Gallagher continues to gain popularity with his original songs and recognized across the country music world.

Gallagher was named the Official Spokesperson for Vision2025, a volunteer-based organization that has created a vision around bettering the Johnstown region. Gallagher will help promote the efforts of the organization and assist in much needed recognition for the volunteers, capture teams and projects they have completed in communities throughout Cambria County, Pennsylvania.

In addition, Gallagher was named the Goodwill Ambassador for the Giorgio Children’s Foundation and their efforts to fund medical research to end Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1).

Gallagher was also named a finalist for the Nashville Universe Awards in the categories of Male Vocalist of the Year, Song of the Year, and Radio Single of the Year.

He has currently released five songs on iTunes, “Run the Radio”, “How Bout You”, “Pick Any Small Town,” “We Always Had,” and “Ain’t No Angels.” His live performances from “The Voice” reached top spots on iTunes and were downloaded by millions. Gallagher is excited for the release of his first album soon and to continue to entertain fans with his music that invokes feeling and heart. “I love playing music and hearing all the people sing right along with me,” Gallagher said passionately. “If the crowd is having a good time, I know I’m doing something right.”

Following seasons one through 11 of “The Voice”, fans were not surprised as Gallagher was named one of the top 10 most successful contestants from the show according to “Taste of Country”.
