Limahl / Giorgio Moroder - Colour All My Days (1986) LP

After the international Chart success of "Never ending story", 1984(number 1 in Spain,Sweden, and Norway, and Top 5 in England,Germany and Italy), the Giorgio Moroder-produced Hit Single to the Soundtrack of the cult movie "The neverending story" was the bar for the production of the follow-up Studio album of the Ex-Kajagoogoo singer. In 1986, Giorgio Moroder produced Limahl's second Studio Album with the two Single tracks "Love in your eyes", a beautiful ballad of love and the melody earworm"Inside to outside". "Love in your eyes" flopped to # 80 on the UK Single Charts, and was supposed to remain Limahl's last Top 100 Hit in England. Limahl's loyal fans in Italy and Germany actually made the Single a little Hit and pushed it up to 22 and 28 of the Charts. With "Don't send for me", "Shock", "Love will tear the soul" and "Colour all my days", the release features four more ambitious sax-inspired Pop-Noble numbers, which bear the stamp of his Hit producer. The fat dance number " Working out "and the earworm" For my heart's sake " are just all fun and decide a great Album that wrongly flopped in the international Charts in 1986, and the last big litter of Limahl should be before his sorry singing in 1992.
