Take any track from this album and it is wonderful, cool, relaxed, so laid back. Chet's exemplary, iconic playing never disappoints and his soft romantic voice drifts through the tracks like the scent of jasmine on a warm summer nights breeze. However, it is the softness of the voice that fails to ignite the album when listened to as a whole. Great as a present for someone who is starting to explore jazz and doesn't want anything too heavy or experimental.
