During his lifetime, Johann Pachelbel (1653– 1706) was best known as an organ composer. He wrote more than two hundred pieces for the instrument, both liturgical and secular, and explored most of the genres that existed at the time. He is considered to be the apex of the 17th century’s south German organ school and generally one of the most important composers of the middle Baroque.

His sphere of activity included central and southern Germany (modern Bavaria, Thuringia and Stuttgart), as well as important formative years in Vienna in his early 20s, during which he absorbed the Habsburg Empire’s dominant Italian and south German influences. The southern organ-builders’ emphasis on manual divisions is also apparent in much of Pachelbel’s liturgical organ music, which is relatively simple and written for manuals only.

Well, not a huge mess. It seems that this album by Mompou was inserted by accident:

Mompou - Musica callada, Cancons i danses, cants màgics, paisajes (Alessandro Deljavan)

But otherwise, the rest of the proper tracks for the Pachelbel album continue afterwards, according to the listing at Brilliant Classics:

If you compare the actual tracks, you find that there are 49 tracks of the Mompou in place of 49 tracks that should instead be the Pachelbel. Tracks 5-36 of disc 11, and tracks 1-17 of disc 12 of the Pachelbel set are missing entirely. The track directly after the last of the Mompou tracks is track 18 from disc 12 of the Pachelbel. It would have been fine if extra tracks had been inserted, but each track of Mompou replaces a track that should be Pachelbel. So, if you remove the Mompou, you are still 49 tracks short of what should be in the set.
