Cupid's Carnival - Everything Is Love (2016)

Perhaps a long lost Beatle treasure! I almost feel as though I was time- warped back to the late 60's and the new Beatle record was released and there is this Deju Vu thing going. Man, I haven't enjoyed an album this much on a first listen since the 1970's! My second time through I felt as if it truly could have been a missing Beatle record! Yes, maybe I'm getting somewhat carried away but almost every song has such a Fab Four feel. Throw in ELO and solo John Lennon and you have a blueprint for an amazing power pop album! Not to mention the bonus of the classic "Whiter Shade of Pale" which actually features the amazing Matthew Fisher (Procol Harum) on the organ! From Harrison guitar riffs to McCartney ballads, this CD has everything. I own virtually hundreds of "Beatlesque records and Beatle rip-offs, but this is by far the most amazing collection of Beatle-like songs.If you are a Beatle fan, don't hesitate to pick this up!!
